Presspot = French Press
Recently, I purchased a French Press. The reason I opted for a French Press was because I thought it would take up less room than a traditional coffee maker. While it does take up less space, it is not as easy as pouring coffee into a filter and pressing start. I have tried and tried to make GOOD coffee in my French Press, but I think I’m doing something wrong. I was very excited this morning to see on Apartment Therapy, www.apartmenttherapy.com, a link to using the presspot (French Press) successfully. I’m totally going to try this method on the weekend and see if it works. After reading the presspot link, I think the problem is that I am grinding my beans too fine. I need to go to Starbuck’s University!
